1. Platform subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally charged for access to the applicable service period. Unless a plan, promotion, local consumer law or signed agreement provides otherwise, fees for an already-started billing period are normally non-refundable. You may cancel future renewal in accordance with the cancellation method provided for your plan.
2. Custom development projects
Custom mobile and web application work is typically governed by a proposal, statement of work or development agreement. Deposits, milestone payments and fees for work already performed are normally non-refundable unless the signed agreement states otherwise. If a project is terminated, any refund or final payment is calculated according to completed work, committed resources and the governing agreement.
3. Professional and implementation services
Fees for workshops, consulting, implementation, configuration or other time-based professional services are non-refundable once the scheduled work has been performed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
4. Third-party charges
Cloud usage, messaging, payment processing, software licenses, app-store fees or other third-party costs may be non-refundable and may be passed through according to the relevant agreement.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact Stilwater promptly with the transaction details so the issue can be reviewed.
6. Requesting a refund
Use the contact channel on our website and include the relevant order, invoice or account information. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider.
7. Contract terms prevail
If a signed customer agreement, statement of work or order form contains refund, cancellation or payment terms that differ from this page, the signed agreement prevails.
